본 처리방침은 개인정보보호위원회의 개인정보 처리방침 작성지침과 Apple App Store의 앱 개인정보 공개 기준을 참고하여 작성되었습니다.
2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
서비스는 회원가입, 로그인, 프로필 설정, 동물 기록 등록, 신고 및 피드백 처리 과정에서 다음 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
운영자는 개인정보를 수집 및 이용 목적 달성 시까지 보유하며, 목적이 달성되거나 이용자가 회원 탈퇴를 요청한 경우 지체 없이 파기 또는 비활성화 처리합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 정보, 부정 이용 방지, 분쟁 대응, 신고 처리, 서비스 보안에 필요한 정보는 필요한 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.

현재 서비스의 회원 탈퇴 흐름은 탈퇴 요청 시 계정을 탈퇴 상태로 전환하고, 이용자가 등록한 활성 동물 기록을 삭제 상태로 전환하며, 발급된 Refresh Token을 폐기하는 방식으로 동작합니다. 물리적 삭제 또는 별도 보관 기간은 운영 정책 및 관련 법령에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 본 처리방침에서 명시한 목적 범위 내에서만 이용하며, 이용자의 사전 동의가 있거나 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
소셜 로그인 과정에서 Google, Kakao, Apple 등 소셜 로그인 제공자는 각자의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 이용자의 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 소셜 로그인 제공자로부터 인증에 필요한 정보만 전달받아 서비스 회원 식별과 로그인 처리를 위해 이용합니다.
6. 개인정보 처리위탁 및 국외 이전
운영자는 서비스 운영을 위해 서버, 파일 저장, 소셜 로그인, 이메일 또는 고객 문의 처리 등 외부 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 별도의 개인정보 처리위탁 또는 국외 이전이 발생하거나 변경되는 경우, 운영자는 처리방침을 통해 수탁자, 이전 국가, 이전 항목, 이용 목적 및 보유 기간을 공개합니다.
현재 앱에서 확인되는 주요 외부 연동은 Google, Kakao, Apple 소셜 로그인입니다.
7. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
운영자는 개인정보의 보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 경우 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구 및 재생이 어렵도록 삭제하며, 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보는 삭제 또는 비활성화 상태로 전환한 뒤 운영 정책에 따라 관리합니다.
8. 이용자의 권리 및 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 프로필 정보는 앱 내 프로필 또는 마이페이지 기능을 통해 수정할 수 있습니다.
- 회원 탈퇴는 앱 내 마이페이지의 회원 탈퇴 기능을 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 기타 개인정보 관련 요청은 아래 문의 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 이용자의 요청을 확인한 뒤 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이 처리합니다. 다만 법령상 보관 의무가 있거나 권리 행사 제한 사유가 있는 경우 요청 처리가 제한될 수 있습니다.

4. Retention and Use Period
We retain personal information until the purpose of collection and use is achieved or until the user requests account deletion. If retention is required by law, necessary for dispute handling, abuse prevention, report handling, or service security, we may retain relevant information for the required period.

Based on the current service flow, an account deletion request marks the user account as withdrawn, marks the user's active animal records as deleted, and revokes issued refresh tokens. Physical deletion schedules or additional retention periods may vary depending on operational policy and applicable law.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We use personal information only within the scope described in this Privacy Policy. We do not disclose personal information to third parties unless the user has consented, disclosure is required by law, or disclosure is necessary to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service.
During social login, providers such as Google, Kakao, and Apple may process user information according to their own privacy policies. We receive only the information necessary for authentication and account identification.
6. Processing by Service Providers and International Transfer
We may use external services for server hosting, file storage, social login, email, customer inquiry handling, or other service operations. If personal information processing by a service provider or cross-border transfer occurs or changes, we will disclose the processor, country, transferred data, purpose, and retention period through this Privacy Policy.
The currently identified external integrations in the App are Google, Kakao, and Apple social login.
7. Destruction of Personal Information
When the retention period expires or the processing purpose has been achieved, we delete or disable the relevant personal information without undue delay. Electronic files are deleted in a manner designed to prevent recovery or reproduction, and database records may be deleted or marked as inactive according to operational policy.

- Profile information may be edited through the profile or My Page features in the App.
- Account deletion may be requested through the account deletion feature in My Page.
